ICAN invites you and your furry companion to a professional portrait session. Let professional photographer Ed Stewart capture the unique personality and spirit of your pet!
What: 1st Annual Pet Portraits Fundraiser
Client will select their choice of backgrounds: High-key is a white background, traditional is a brown background. Client will also have a choice of two poses: Your pet by itself or you with your pet in the photograph.
Your session will include two 5x7 photos selected by the photographer as the best of the shoot.
When: Saturday, October 4, 2008 - 8AM to 5PM
Sunday, October 5, 2008 - Noon to 5PM
Who: YOU and YOUR furry companions (dogs and cats)
Where: ICAN

(ICAN is housed in the Little Red Door at Meridian and 18th Street)
Cost: $50 Reservation Fee (nonrefundable) is required to hold your pet's photography
session. Note: An additional pose or background is $25 each and includes two extra 5x7 photos).
Reservations are Required: CALL NOW at 317-250-6450 ext 10 or email Andrea at andrea@icandog.org (Monday via Thursday, 8AM - 4:30PM). We require a credit card for all registrations.
Novelty Items & Photo Packages
Client will also have the opportunity to purchase additional photo packages and novelty gift items featuring your pet's photo.
Novelty items will include:
* Holiday Greeting Cards (box of 24 cards blank inside)
* Special keychain with light
* Christmas Ornaments (single or a package of 3)


Your two 5x7 photographs will be sent to you within two weeks or 10 business days. Orders for photo packages and/or novelty items will be taken the day of your photo session. Checks, Cash and Credit Cards will be accepted. You will also be provided the option to do a mail order. The deadline for all mail orders must be postmarked by November 6th.

Scheduling Your Photo Session
Photo Sessions will be held from 8AM to 5PM on Saturday and from Noon to 5PM on Sunday. When contacting Andrea to schedule a session, she will schedule you within one of the requested hourly time slots (example: 8-9, 9-10, 10-11, etc.). On the day of your shoot, clients will be served on a first come, first serve basis within their appointed time slot. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your designated time slot.
To ensure an easy photo session for you and your pet, we suggest the following:
* Bring a favorite toy or special treat for your pet
* If your pet is a small animal, please bring them to the photo session in a carrier
* Walk or exercise your pet prior to your photo session
* Please make sure pets have used the restroom before entering the building

Our goal is have at least 100 ICAN supporters in attendance for a night of roaring laughter and to raise $2,000 to support ICAN's programs. Tickets are on sale through ICAN for $20.00 each. All ticket proceeds go to ICAN. A gratuity will be added to all food/drink purchases in the showroom. Two (2) beverage minimum order per person in showroom (lobby drinks not included).
We are looking for volunteers to sell tickets. For every ten tickets sold you will receive a free one. Please let me know if you are interested. Please call Andrea for details at 250-6450 ext. 10.
